In my local community, we have an old box that I keep filled with alt-arts. Each time someone comes to the meetup, they can look through the box and pick out a playset. The Community Art Packs can be used in a similar way or to supplement tournament kits, GNKs, or for learn-to-play events.
Cards must be used as prize support for Netrunner events. May not be resold.
